MY SOUL-AWAKENING REALIZATIONS
To realize is to awaken and become the thoughts, feelings, and perceptions that your soul knows as truth. I hope these realizations will awaken your soul to the vastness of who you really are, as they did mine.
- I realize that I am never alone, that I am constantly safe within myself and protected by the universe, who surrounds me with love and compassion.
- I realize that I created a blueprint of my life before I came back and that every path I take is in alignment with that blueprint. I know, too, that I can change it anytime by journeying into time and space and changing my contracts.
- I realize that I am magical, mystical, and full of grace.
- I realize that who I really am will never die.
- I realize that everything I do is an expression of love or fear. Within love is joy, trust, faith, kindness, compassion, peace, sharing, and truth. Within fear is resentment, blame, shame, anger, rage, depression, suffering, and illusion. Knowing this as I do, I try my best to move through life, transmitting love and compassion with each step.
- Before taking action I ask my wisest self, "Is this for my highest good?" I listen from my wisest self no matter how much my personality wants to answer. I realize now, this is the way.
- I realize my thoughts create my world. I realize that laughter elevates it.
- I realize that what pulls me out of fearful thoughts and illusion is instant gratitude — gratitude for everything, beginning with each breath.
- I realize that I create from the consciousness of knowing that I am a part of the Great Manifestor, the Universe, so letting it flow through me feels effortless.
- I realize my connection to nature is my greatest healing. The ocean, the redwoods, the desert at twilight, they all bring me inner peace and boundless joy.
- I realize that looking into my dog, Rumi’s, eyes, is looking into the eyes of the Creator.
- I realize that I am not a victim of anything or anyone — only a volunteer, and that what happens to me in life is neither good or bad.
- I realize that I have subliminally created life the way it is so I can attain my spiritual goals and Oneness with all of life.
- I realize that it’s all about forgiveness and letting go.
- I realize that all living beings are unique and equal.
- I realize that everyone — no matter what there experience has been — has an essential part of themselves that is totally healthy and free. I see it. I believe it. I know it is so!
- I realize I cannot heal anyone, I can only help to empower them to heal themselves.
- I realize I cannot control anything or anyone and accepting this frees me.
- I realize that the word “No” creates strong boundaries, and knowing that I deserve to say it creates independence and inter-dependence.
- I realize that everyone I meet (human or otherwise) is a mirror to another part of myself and I am a reflection of another part of them.
- I realize that the two greatest gifts I can give another is to be present and open.
- I realize that when I am meditating from my heart, every action in my life is a meditation.
